GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus by approaching the class proctors or through grievance/ suggestion box. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated tacademic and non-academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time.

Objectives:


The Grievance Redressal Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the students and other stakeholders within a reasonable time period for further strengthening the bond of the students with the institution by providing them with all kind of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambience of academic teaching and learning.

Procedure for lodging complaint :


• The students are advised to approach the Committee members or their class proctors at any time during the college hours to express their grievances/problems.
• Suggestion / complaint Box is installed in front of the Pricipal’s Chamber in which the students/staff, who want to remain anonymous, can drop their grievances/suggestions in writing for improving the Academics/ Administration in the College.
• Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the institution. Any violation of ragging and disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice of the Principal.
• After receiving such complaints, a minimum of 1 week, if in case of urgent matters, a maximum of 3 days time is taken to redress the issue and the Grievances redressal cell will sit on the issues concerned, discuss and eventually resolve within the stipulated time. In case of bigger/serious matters/ issues, such complaints will be further addressed to the Principal/ Higher Authorities.
